Joining the waitlist
Short, because there isn't much to it yet — you're joining a list, not buying anything. Selling and buying will have their own terms when the marketplace opens.

What you're agreeing to
You're joining a waitlist. Nothing is being sold and nothing is being promised.
Applying as a star or a fan puts you on a list. It isn't a contract, it isn't an offer, and it doesn't guarantee you a place. We may open access in stages, or not at all. Being on the waitlist is free — we won't ask you to pay for a place on it or to move up it.
The site is provided as it is. We may change it, pause it, or take it down while it's being built.
These terms cover the waitlist only. When the marketplace opens there will be separate terms covering purchases, escrow, shipping and refunds — and, for stars, a seller agreement you'll sign before you list anything.
Who can apply
18 or over, using details that are actually yours.
- You must be 18 or over
- The name, email and social handles you give us must be yours
- Don't apply on someone else's behalf without their say-so
- Applying as a star doesn't make you one — we review every application
Claiming to be someone you aren't is the one thing that will get an application binned without a reply. Social accounts are verified before anything goes live, so an unverifiable claim goes nowhere.
Changes and contact
Who to write to, and which law applies.
Anything you type into the form stays yours — you're giving us permission to use it to review your application and get in touch, and nothing beyond that. How we handle it is set out in the privacy notice.
